Sessions
This fall, selected players were challenged each week to perform at a high-level alongside the best players in NJ. They met each week to participate in mindfulness activities, speed and agility, injury prevention & mobility work, IQ challenges, high-intensity lacrosse reps, and even nutrition assignments. The players trained with purpose, intention and intensity - leaving them with a valuable experience that showed them what it takes to perform at the next level. And, most importantly, we had sooooo much fun!!
